Planted our first boxes!

I know discretion is the name of the letterboxing game so I hope that sharing this news is ok. But...we got 'em done! My kids carved their stamps, created their logbooks, secured everything in separate Ziploc baggies, and assembled their boxes. We took advantage of the beautiful spring weather and planted them today, within 5 minutes if each other. They can't wait for someone to come and stamp their boxes. My youngest asked if we should go back tonight and check! (The innocence of a 7-year-old!)
If you live or plan to visit southeast Michigan, email me and I'll tell you the names of our boxes.
Thanks, everyone, for your kind words and helpful advice!

Got the notification of your Day in the Park box. Poof lives right next to it, so maybe I can entice her to get it with me very soon. I am 45 mins away. Don't despair if it takes a bit for someone to find it. Once this weather breaks, they will come.
